From August 25-28, exciting Australian choreographer and dancer Luke George will perform a new dance work created in collaboration with a Japanese dancer while on an Asialink performing arts residency to work with Yanaihara Mikuni's multi-artform company Nibroll in Tokyo. The program titled "BokuRoll" = Bokudeath + OFFNibroll is shared with Japanese choreographer Yanaihara Mikuni and performance artist Kohama Masahiro.

In Australia, George is co-director and choreographer of Stompin, a large-scale, site-specific dance company for young people based in Tasmania. He has also performed with Chunky Move throughout Australia, Britain, Europe and Asia, danced for choreographers Philip Adams, Stephanie Lake, Jo Lloyd, and Shelley Lassica, and in 2002, for renowned Japanese choreographer Itoh Kim at the New National Theatre in Tokyo.
